1) Dice the Tuna in to 0.5 cm to 1 cm cubes.
2) Mix the tuna with the rest of the ingredient.
3) Tuna Tartar done
Place a Nori sheet on a sushi rolling mat, softly spread out a tennis ball sized sphere of rice over 2/3´s of the sheet.
making sure the empty 1/3 is facing away from you.
To finish off add some chilli sauce to the plate and sprinkle some black sesame seeds (for decorative purposes).
Then place the sushi pieces, wasabi and ginger on the plate. Finish off by sprinkling some white sesame seeds over the sushi roll.
