Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the Sriracha and mayonnaise mixture. Resist the temptation to use the whole lime, because too much lime juice will make the sauce runny.

Add two generous teaspoons of Masago Capelin roe to the mixture. Stir thoroughly with a teaspoon. Sample the mixture once the ingredients have been mixed. Adjust accordingly with Kewpie mayonnaise or Sriracha sauce to suit your taste.
