The sous vide supreme is a great compact sous-vide cooker, it is super simple to use all you have to do is fill it with water set the temperature and go it does everything it should do control the water temperature.
The only negative thing I can say about this unit is the lid has a what seems like an afterthought to prevent heat loss, which is a foam rubber mat, the heat insulation should have been built in instead of this foam mat system, but even so this sous vide cooker is perfect.
This model is the smaller version able to take 8.7 liters of water + food.
