Sushi Tips!
These tips will help you make sushi much easier.

Fresh Fish: Do your best
to buy and pick the freshest non frozen sushi grade fish. However freezing technology has made a frozen fillet stay pretty close to fresh.

Color, smell and texture!
Make sure the color is bright and the fillet does not have a strong fishy odor. The texture should be nice and firm not mushy.

Knives
, Rice and Wasabi

Knives-very important to use the sharpest knives
you can. A real sushi knife can cost $100. but as long as you have a very sharp knife and you wet it before each slice you will be fine!

Wasabi - buy wasabi powder and mix your own. This is the best form of wasabi as there is no additives. Also you know the water you add is safe some pre mixes include water you may not want to drink.
